Job Description

Nesco has partnered with a production company in Hilliard seeking Production Associates to join their team in a temp-to-hire role! General labor duties will include working on a production line stacking fiberglass panels.

Hours: 9pm - 7am Monday night start (4, 10 hour days) OT on Sunday night start if needed.(hours may shift to 7p-5a)
Pay: $17.00/hr

Duties:

• Manufacture, assemble and package fiberglass ceiling panels
• Maintain a clean safe working area including sweeping, opening scrap, emptying dumpsters, trash cans, etc
• Upon training & qualification, perform miscellaneous duties as required
• Follow all Company and OSHA Safety Policies
• Operate machinery or stations as instructed by the Team Leader to meet scheduled demands
• Ensure that the standards for quality, output, safety etc are adhered to and improved upon
• Keep accurate rcords of production, waste, quality checks undertaken
• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement, or machine operator experience preferred
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Must be able to work in dusty environment at times and work with fiberglass.
• Must consent to drug screen and background check
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on concrete floors, bend, stoop and twist regularly.
