If you're an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, high-impact role and has a background in manufacturing or industrial settings, this is your chance to own the HR function at a critical site supporting global logistics and supply chain operations.? What You'll Do:Serve as the sole HR leader on-site for a facility of ~150 employees and additional regional terminalsAct as the strategic business partner to plant and operations leadershipManage employee relations and help enforce accountability across teamsSupport and implement HR initiatives in partnership with COEs (Comp, Benefits, Talent, L&D)Oversee hourly recruiting, leaves of absence (FMLA/ADA), performance processes, and complianceProvide guidance on HRIS systems (Workday) and timekeeping (Kronos)Help lead local execution of internship/trainee programs? Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Psychology, Communications, or similar)5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or industrial settingsStrong track record of employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership supportMust be relatable, professional, and able to earn trust across all levels — from corporate to front-lineComfortable working independently while supported by remote HR leadershipHRIS knowledge (Workday preferred); Kronos is a plus?
