Active Nevada LPN license (in good standing)
Nevada Class C Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Current CPR and First Aid certification
TB clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Graduation from an accredited LPN program
1+ year of Home Health or Hospice experience (preferred)
