Role Overview:
As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. This position offers significant exposure to deal execution and strategic initiatives within our core sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
• Assist in due diligence across operational, financial, and legal workstreams.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
• Support portfolio company initiatives, including growth strategies and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in industrials and manufacturing sectors.
