Job Description

Heritage Honda Bel Air, a Honda Presidents Award Dealership , is looking for a top notch general manager to lead our solid management team! Honda Bel Air is a brand new state of the art facility that is located on route 1 in Bel Air. The dealership has separate Sales and Service facilities with 32 available Service Bays and 25 available Sales Stations .

Not just a top performer in sales, our General Manager has top line management responsibilities to effectively lead both variable and fixed operations for a dealership team. The General Manager ensures the long-term growth, profitability and sustainability for one of the largest automotive groups in the country.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hire, motivate, mentor all Dealership employees
  • Set sales and service goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those goals
  • Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
  • Lead Fixed Operations department

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
  • 3 years minimum GM experience
  • Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
  • A strong work ethic
