We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This exciting role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in various types of buildings, ensuring the safety and protection of the premises and inhabitants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire sprinkler fitting, fire alarm systems, and a deep understanding of fire safety regulations. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with appropriate codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests of fire sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems to ensure they are in good working order.
• Respond to emergency calls for system malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to design effective fire sprinkler systems.
• Educate clients on fire safety measures and the proper use of fire sprinkler systems.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance work, and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system malfunctions.
• Strong physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate clients on fire safety measures.
• High attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current certification as a Fire Sprinkler Fitter or equivalent is strongly preferred.
