As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll serve as the voice and face of the campaigns you represent, helping nonprofit partners reach new supporters and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live community events and fundraisers

• Engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner

• Communicate the mission and impact of each nonprofit partner

• Educate potential donors on ways to get involved and support their cause

• Build relationships that encourage long-term engagement

• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure campaign success

No previous customer service or outreach experience is needed — we provide comprehensive paid training and one-on-one mentorship. We’re looking for people who bring enthusiasm, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every interaction.
