The Role Seeking a self-motivated and collaborative lawyer to partner with business teams to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, primarily SaaS customer-facing agreements, supporting CCC’s growth as a global SaaS provider, including for our recently acquired company, EvolutionIQ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgment, provide practical advice, and be a strategic thinker. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, partners, vendors, and third parties. Analyze legal risks, suggest mitigations, and facilitate pragmatic solutions. Communicate complex legal issues clearly to aid business decision-making. Provide timely legal guidance to internal stakeholders with attention to detail. Support other legal team members on various legal matters as needed. Stay current on relevant industry standards, laws, and regulations, especially in SaaS and AI. Collaborate to improve legal processes and meet business needs. Requirements: 5-10 years of relevant legal experience at a law firm or in-house at a tech company. Strong editing, writing, and negotiation skills. Experience advising on commercial terms for products, services, and licenses, especially SaaS and AI (preferred). Bar admission in good standing or registered in-house counsel status. Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative attitude, and a comfort with technology.
