Workday Core Hcm Product Manager

Our client is looking for a Workday Core Hcm Product Manager. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Hcm modules such as core Hcm, compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, and payroll.
• Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday modules, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Manage data migrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and reporting/dashboard development.
• Conduct business process audits and apply optimization strategies to streamline workflows and reduce processing time.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data capture and regulatory compliance.
• Support Workday releases by testing new features, documenting changes, and training end users
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for Workday Hcm and related modules.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Engineering) to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead Workday module implementations and enhancements, including Talent, Performance, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

Experience Requirements:

• Workday Core Hcm, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits configuration
• EIBs, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, BIRT
• Workflow design, security roles, and compliance (e.g., SOX, FMLA)
• Stakeholder engagement and change management

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
