Position: Part-Time Receptionist
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Ravenswood Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Receptionist to support our community’s administrative and operational teams. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
The Receptionist assists the Executive Director with clerical and front desk responsibilities, ensuring timely and professional communication while maintaining adherence to community policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Provide clerical support to administrative and operational departments.
Maintain accurate records and assist with resident and vendor requests.
Support the Executive Director with daily administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training as required by state regulations.
Previous experience in senior living (Independent, Assisted, or Supportive Living) preferred.
Compassion for and genuine interest in working with older adults.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
Weekend and holiday availability required.
