• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety protocols
• Lead, develop, and manage a warehouse team, fostering a positive, accountable work culture
• Handle staffing, training, and performance management for warehouse personnel
• Maintain and manage inventory systems and coordinate with procurement as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders; optimize delivery schedules and routes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams

Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven experience managing a P&L of $5 million
• Experience with time sensitive and short shelf-life inventory
• Dispatch experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
