MediPro is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Start date: ASAP

*This unit may increase to 1:7 ratios until we are able to help ease some of the workload with new travelers*

Shift: 3x12 NIGHTS (1900-0730)
Call Requirements: None
Weekend Requirements: every other
Holiday Requirements: Must work 2/3 holidays

Block Scheduling: CANNOT be guaranteed but the managers will do their best to accommodate it

Years of experience REQ: 1 YEAR
First-timers accepted: Yes

Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Locals accepted: No, Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility

Additional Information: 3N is a 54 bed cardiac unit. This is our main Cardiac Telemetry unit. The majority of these patients are on a cardiac monitor. They are monitored in a remote telemetry room, but also closely monitored on the unit. They do take cardiac drips. Their patient population is heart failure, heart attack (STEMI and NSTEMI), stroke (needing cardiac monitoring), cardiac arrhythmia's, chest pain, etc. They may also take overflow medical patients if needed.
