Position : Entry Level Court Runner / Title Examiner
Location : Remote setting, with the ability to travel to courthouses in the Wilmington, DE area 2-3x per week
Duration : Permanent, FTE
Pay Range : $20-25/hr
Required Skills & Experience
-1-5+ years of professional experience in an administrative/documentation heavy role, preferably within the legal, compliance, or residential/commercial title examination space
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Familiarity with court procedures and property title terminology
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Problem-solving mindset and analytical ability
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Court Runner who also performs Title Examination duties. This hybrid role combines administrative support in legal environments with specialized research and analysis of property titles. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in fast-paced settings, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation. No professional Title Examination experience is required, as this team provides robust training for the first 60-90 days. However, a background in the legal space or Title Insurance would be preferred.
