# Job Description# Sr. Project Manager - Epic EHR Renevue Cycle* We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Epic (EHR) systems to lead high-impact initiatives within the Authorization space, including projects related to the Payer Platform and Prior Authorization.* The role also supports integration efforts tied to recent hospital acquisitions along with other strategic projects.* The team operates in a hybrid Agile environment and uses ServiceNow for project tracking.* This position requires a strong understanding of Epic revenue cycle modules and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across the organization.* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading Epic-related projects* Epic certification or PMP certification* Strong understanding of Epic system architecture and operational workflows* Hands-on experience with at least one Epic revenue cycle module: Prelude/Cadence, HIM, HB/PB* Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in dynamic project environments* Skilled in facilitating meetings with senior leadership, including VPs across the revenue cycle* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables* Proficient in stakeholder communication, risk management, and issue resolution* Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships* Familiarity with hybrid Agile methodologies and ServiceNow for project tracking
