Our CRDN portfolio includes Coronary PCI, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks FFRangio. Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower their blood pressure by targeting specific overactive nerves near the kidneys, which can lead to hypertension—a global epidemic affecting up to half of all adults. CathWorks provides a sophisticated FFRangio system designed to support interventional cardiologists in gaining a deeper insight into their patients' physiology in the cath lab. By leveraging artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art computational science, the FFRangio System derives physiological data from standard angiograms, thereby improving the decision-making process for treatment. We are looking for a Sr. Customer Specialist to join our growing US Customer Education and Programs team, with dual reporting responsibilities to Customer Engagement. This role will play a vital role in supporting the Symplicity and CathWorks speaker programs, focusing on program requests, logistics, and communication. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless program execution.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Assist in the program request process by collaborating with the Prin Customer Specialist, Faculty, and field teams to ensure all program needs are met. Help secure venues and manage logistics for speaker programs, ensuring all arrangements are finalized and communicated effectively. Coordinate travel arrangements for healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth and efficient booking processes. Assist with compliance checks and manage program-related expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Facilitate communication with speakers and relevant teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on program details and expectations. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes and maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 4 years of program coordination and logistics management experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry. Or an advanced degree and 2 years of experience. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for program and logistics management. Nice to Have: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage travel bookings and expenses efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies. 6+ years in a meeting planning role CMP (Certified Meeting Planner, HMCC (Healthcare Management Compliance Certificate) Systems experience such as SFDC, CVENT, Concur, Hotel & Vendor contracting experience Budget and vendor management experience Project management experience Strong planning, negotiating, organizational and time management skills Expert working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote).
