Now Hiring: Spa Manager – Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager to lead our busy, full-service spa.

We’re looking for someone who is  goal-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in sales management, spa operations, and customer service .

Key Responsibilities

Your performance will be measured and celebrated in these key areas:

• Membership Conversion – Inspire and coach your team to educate and delight clients, leading them to join our Lifestyle Program.
• Revenue Growth – Drive revenue through smart scheduling, creative marketing, and upgrading client services.
• Recruitment & Team Building – Attract, hire, and develop passionate spa professionals who share your commitment to excellence.
• Operational Excellence – Deliver consistent results, grow a loyal member base, and ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of management experience in salon/spa, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to  lead and motivate a team toward sales and service goals.
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including some evenings and one weekend day.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to  promote the benefits of massage and skin care services .

Location: South Denver

Schedule: Full-time, flexible

Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses

• Compensation: $56500 per year - $64500 per year
