Position Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO Specialist to help elevate our digital presence and drive organic growth. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of SEO strategies that support lead generation, online visibility and long-term growth. You’ll collaborate with content creators, web developers and leadership to make sure every move we make online aligns with our mission and marketing goals.
What You’ll Do
Create and implement SEO strategies that support lead generation and business goals
Conduct keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis and content gap analysis
Optimize on-page content including meta data, headers, internal linking and keyword placement
Collaborate with the web team to ensure technical SEO best practices are in place
Develop and manage local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile and citation management
Build and execute effective, ethical link-building campaigns
Monitor search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategy accordingly
Track, analyze and report on SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
Present performance updates, recommendations and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders
Stay current on SEO trends and share best practices across the team
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands on SEO experience (home services or B2C industries preferred)
Strong understanding of technical SEO (site architecture, page speed, crawlability, etc.)
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Familiar with on page optimization best practices and content marketing strategy
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and act on data
Clear, confident communicator who can break down complex topics for non-technical team members
Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
Industry certifications like Google Analytics IQ are a plus
