Your role with us: As a Senior Project Manager for Pearson Packaging Systems, you will manage the overall success of high-level projects by ensuring that core machinery, custom machinery, and aftermarket sales are delivered and commissioned on-time, within scope, and within budget throughout the lifecycle of the project achieving customer satisfaction. How you will contribute to our growth: By working with our internal and external stakeholders to successfully navigate the machine build and installation process from project review through commissioning, managing resources and identifying risks along the way. The status reports and updates you provide instill confidence in our customers and promote ownership and engagement in project success with our internal team members. Through your ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Your excellent organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities simultaneously. What you will need to succeed: B.A. in Business Administration or other related field. 5+ years of experience in project management (in a manufacturing environment preferred) Working knowledge of project methodologies. PMP certification and/or ongoing PMP education is a plus.
