About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a key player in a variety of corporate transactional and governance matters, including legal due diligence, structuring and negotiation of corporate transactions, and post-closing integration. This role requires a professional with a proven background in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and a strong in-house legal experience. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be involved in supporting finance and investor relations, and must be adept at managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving alignment with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a JD and be admitted to the bar, with a license to practice law in at least one US state. The role demands a candidate with excellent time management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a talent for clear and empathetic communication.
