Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with Scrum teams, business stakeholders, and developers to refine requirements and ensure alignment across all groups. This role will have a high emphasis on Salesforce. This role involves documenting and securing approval for user interface specifications to guarantee clarity on functionality and design. The analyst will work with external billing systems, including but not limited to CSG (preferred), and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce, while analyzing Salesforce data structures and their interaction with billing platforms. Additionally, the position requires active participation in CSG integration efforts with the Scrum team to support both technical and business objectives.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
Managing competing priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
Ensure user stories meet INVEST or other best practice standards.
This role is offering a pay rate of 40-45 an hour and is onsite 4 days a week in St. Louis.

Skills and Requirements
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong background in user story writing, definition, and elicitation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data architecture.
Familiarity with MuleSoft and integration workflows.
Experience in wireframing and UI/UX documentation.
