We are seeking a skilled Remote Estimator to join our commercial construction team. The ideal candidate will bring strong estimating expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and clients. While this role is fully remote, preference will be given to candidates located in Colorado who understand the local market and can occasionally attend in-person meetings if needed.

Responsibilities


• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects


• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope.


• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to align estimates with project goals.


• Analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.


• Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and project data.• Provide input on value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications


• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.


• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.


• Preference for candidates based in Colorado.
