Registered Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $35.00 – $38.00/hour 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $37.00 – $39.00/hour 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $39.00 – $41.00/hour About the Role: This role is at one of the Lehigh Valley’s most trusted senior care providers who is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care while supporting a mission deeply rooted in dignity, compassion, and community. • Deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician directives
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with clinical standards
• Assess residents’ conditions, monitor for changes, and provide timely clinical interventions
• Document assessments, interventions, and care outcomes accurately and completely
• Lead and support CNAs and other direct care staff in the coordination of daily care activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ overall health and wellbeing
• Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (in good standing)
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking skills
• A commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to lead by example and thrive within a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
