POSITION SUMMARY: The Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) / Heath Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager is responsible for managing Mistras’ Radiation Safety Program to ensure the safe use of radioactive materials as well as adherence to regulatory compliance. In addition, this position is responsible for the implementation and compliance with the HSE program. The RSO/HSE Manager is responsible for recommending or approving corrective actions, identifying problems, initiating action, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The work schedule will be a rotational hitch of 21 days on followed by 21 days off or 14 days on followed by 14 days off. Daily work shifts will be 12 hours.
