How you’ll make an impact As a Project Coordinator, you will support our consulting teams, partner with Services Team Leaders on optimization project management, coordinate system updates (Salesforce, Task Ray, etc.), and manage project administration. You may also lead ad‑hoc projects. Key Responsibilities Complete initial project setup, ensuring correct resources, estimated work hours, and dates. Provide project management support for optimization projects: ensure teams kick off and close projects on schedule, track issues/risks, and partner on budget management. Assist with Salesforce management: survey follow‑ups, at‑risk project reports, and case queue management. Maintain CRM integrity by conducting regular data audits. Collaborate with Internal Project Managers on investment projects and ad‑hoc administrative projects. Provide reporting and data analytics to Operations leadership. Update project, account, contact, case, license, opportunity records, dashboards, and reports upon request. What we’re looking for Impeccable organizational skills and ability to manage competing projects. Strong attention to detail on all projects. Servant leadership mindset, rallying a team toward shared deliverables. Effective communicator who navigates misalignment and escalates issues. Self‑starter who works effectively with limited guidance. Positive, solution‑oriented, resilient attitude and continuous improvement drive. Estimated Salary Range $60,000–$70,000. Actual salary will be determined based on skill set and experience.
