Pool Cleaning Technician (Full Time)
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 830-5
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing service team. This is a full-time field service role responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-balanced pools for residential and vacation-rental clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want a consistent work schedule, this is a great opportunity.
We Provide:
• Company truck to use while working
• All tools, equipment, and supplies
• Stable full-time schedule (Sunday–Thursday)

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine pool cleaning and water testing on assigned route
• Skim, brush, vacuum, and maintain pool surfaces and tiles
• Balance pool water chemistry (training provided)
• Inspect and monitor pumps, filters, and other equipment
• Document service notes using a mobile app
• Communicate professionally with customers and office team
• Identify and report maintenance or repair issues
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Good communication skills and customer service approach
Preferred (Not Required):
• Prior experience in pool service, plumbing, maintenance, route-based service, or landscaping
• Knowledge of water chemistry or pool equipment
Schedule and Hours:
• Sunday through Thursday
• Full-time, year-round
• Morning start times and consistent daily routes
Compensation and Benefits:
