Location Name: Columbus Photo Studio Responsibilities: The Photographer reports to the Sr. Photography Manager and is responsible for telling the story of the brand through imagery created at the photo studio. The Photographer will capture and edit various photo content for web, social media, advertising campaigns, and occasional internal communications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot On-Figure product daily, meeting or exceeding daily productivity
• Style & shoot still life product daily, meeting or exceeding daily productivity
• Set-up lighting and shoot curated still life photography for digital and print marketing
• Ensure all imagery meets quality and site standards
• Effective operation of camera, computer, lighting and studio equipment in execution of photography
• Execute quality control of all work before passing images to cross-functional teams including naming, cropping, and color correcting
• Time management on set
• Support Sr Manager with maintenance and organization of studio space, supplies, and equipment
• Partner with Sr Manager to:
• Find efficiencies and improvements in workflows and processes
• Support in training freelance photographers when needed
• Scheduling testing opportunities to build upon technical skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in photography, visual communications, or relevant field
• Experience: 5+ years in an E-commerce photography environment
• Proficient with professional camera equipment and knowledge of photographic techniques such as lighting and composition
• Proficient in Capture One Pro, Canon, and studio lighting
• Well-versed in Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Adobe CC programs
• Strong creative portfolio
