What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Make 40-60 outbound sales calls and generate over 100 outbound emails daily to potential guests
Build and maintain relationships with guests to drive referrals and repeat business
Master new computer systems and tools for effective sales management
Meet and exceed performance metrics and objectives consistently
Participate in a 10-12 week paid training program to develop sales skills and product knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong sales skills and a performance-driven mindset
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions within the company

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly cruise lines
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends during peak times
Experience with CRM or sales management software
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or performance metrics
