The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Performance Coach who brings both credentials and charisma — someone who lives for the energy of the room, commands respect through knowledge, and connects with people effortlessly. This is the perfect role for a Type-A, outgoing, people-first coach who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead dynamic group training sessions and personal training for youth, adults, and teams.

• 
  Foster a positive, high-energy, motivating environment every single session.
• Modify programs to meet each athlete’s goals, strengths, and limitations. Teach proper form, movement, and safety with precision. Build deep relationships — know every athlete’s goals and help them crush them.Provide ongoing education and accountability in strength, speed,  and nutrition.

Desired Experience :

• Experience: 
  • 2+ years coaching in a strength & conditioning, group training, or personal training setting
• Certifications:
  • Valid CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • NCCA-accredited certification (e.g., NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, etc.)
  • CSCS is preferred
• Sports Background: 
  • Major plus if you have played competitive sports!
• Education: High school diploma + personal training certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or a related field is preferred
• Soft Skills: High-energy, passionate, coachable, strong communication, and team-first mindset
