Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Analyst

Location: Melville, NJ Hybrid

Job Overview

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Analyst to support a custom PeopleSoft Leave & Absence application and its integration with a new HCM platform. This role involves delivering technical solutions, supporting break/fix issues, and implementing enhancements across PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PeopleSoft development tools, integration methods, and Oracle database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications, including custom Leave & Absence modules.
Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external HCM applications.
Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions using PeopleSoft programming tools and scripting.
Build and optimize data integration processes across systems.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and system integration testing for new developments and enhancements.
Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Support activities related to PUM updates, compare reports, and system upgrades.
Ensure PeopleSoft security configurations align with organizational standards.
Provide production support and participate in on-call or issue-resolution activities as needed.
