Credit Union of New Jersey is looking for a Part-Time Accountant I to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Processes accounts payable in the core system.
• Prepares accounts payable analysis.
• Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts. Researches and resolves any discrepancies.
• Assists Accounting Team with accruals, reports, spreadsheets and journal entries in preparation of financial statements.

Qualifications/Requirements: (education, technical skills, etc.)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

This individual must be available for scheduling during Credit Union operating hours. Staffing assignments are periodically adjusted to meet business needs. This position could be transferred to another office in the same geographic region at any time.
