NP/PA Neurology opening in New York - Located in Albany, NY - Full-time; PermanentPosition Details: - Experienced full-time Advanced Practitioner to join our Neurology inpatient team - The hospital is a 400-bed community hospital - The Neurology department offers comprehensive care for neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, back pain, brain tumors, dementia, neuropathies, and movement disorders, delivered through our inpatient and outpatient programs - The Neurology APP would work directly with our neurologists in conducting both initial and follow-up neurology consults - The APP is also responsible, under the supervision of the attending physician, for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment throughout the patient s hospital course - The APP has inpatient responsibilities and no outpatient or clinic patients - Monday - Friday position; No overnight or weekend call is requiredPosition Offers: - Competitive salary including starting bonus; - Compensation is between $134,383 and $150,509 - The posted salary reflects the starting rand of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
