We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at Town & Country Credit Union. Someone who's motivated, knowledgeable, and ready to make an impact by helping our members secure the right home loan, the right way.

What You'll Do:

• Build Relationships : Establish trust with members, realtors, contractors, and other referral partners. You're the go-to mortgage expert they rely on.
• Drive Business : Prospect new mortgage opportunities through social media, open houses, community events, and direct outreach.
• Educate Members : Interview borrowers to understand their needs and guide them through available mortgage products.
• Manage the Process : Gather and analyze financial information, prepare accurate loan applications, and ensure timely disclosures and compliance.
• Close Loans : Collaborate with the origination team, attend closings, and celebrate with your members when the keys are in hand!
• Mentor & Support : Share your expertise with fellow mortgage employees and help grow our internal talent.
• Stay Sharp : Keep up with lending regulations, secondary market guidelines, and industry trends.
• Be a Brand Ambassador : Represent Town & Country Credit Union with professionalism, integrity and heart for service.

What You Bring:

• At least 4-6 years of successful mortgage or sales experience
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage lending processes and secondary market requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital mortgage tools
• Proven ability to meet or exceed production goals
• A passion for helping others and making a difference in your community
