Job Details Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to understand customer behaviors and preferences, and leverage these insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Manage the creation, delivery, and optimization of content across various platforms to engage our target audience and promote our services.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and marketing best practices, and incorporate these insights into our marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimize marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Proven experience in content creation, inside sales, and other key marketing areas.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, content management systems, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
- Knowledge of the Accounting and Finance industry and its market dynamics and requirements is a plus.
