Job Description
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Diamondback Massage Therapy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage services to our diverse clientele. You will assess clients' needs, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver a variety of massage techniques to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations and assessments to understand clients' health history and massage therapy needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, hot stone massages, and Trigger Point Therapy.
Maintain detailed client records and track progress.
Provide clients with guidance on stretching, strengthening, and overall relaxation techniques.
Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
Collaborate with other therapists and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
