At Mind Works, we believe early intervention transforms lives. We're a child and adolescent counseling practice dedicated to helping children thrive at home, school, and play. Our integrated care model brings therapists, psychologists, prescribers, and psychometrists together to provide coordinated, whole-child care.

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based therapy for children ages 3-17 and their caregivers
• Deliver parent feedback, coaching, and skills training to support family involvement
• Use play therapy and other modalities tailored to child and adolescent needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans
• Document sessions professionally and on time using TherapyNotes EMR

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• Current Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
• Experience with children and adolescents (ages 3-17) strongly preferred

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and play therapy interventions
