About the Facility
The Pavilion at Piketon is a 155-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center with decades of experience serving the community. We offer short-term rehab, long-term care, memory support, respiratory care, on-site dialysis, and a dedicated behavioral health unit. The facility features private rooms, restaurant-style dining, and a warm, home-like atmosphere focused on resident quality of life.
What You’ll Do
Lead all areas of facility operations: clinical, financial, compliance, staffing, and resident satisfaction
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance quality improvement, manage census, and meet performance targets
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and internal regulations and prepare for surveys
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral sources
Supervise department heads across Nursing, Rehab, Business Office, Dietary, Housekeeping, and Admissions
What You’ll Bring
Active Ohio LNHA license
Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
Strong understanding of compliance, budgeting, and staffing models
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
