Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania and J. Snyder, part of the Optum family of businesses, are seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our teams in King of Prussia, Blue Bell, Ambler, and North Wales, PA. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days per week in the office. Required Qualifications: * Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field * Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) the state of Pennsylvania * 5+ years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree Preferred Qualifications: * Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families * Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs) * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness Explore opportunities at Optum Behavioral Care.
