Job Title: Lead SAP BW Datasphere Consultant Location: NJ (Onsite) Position Overview: The Lead SAP BW Datasphere Consultant will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes through advanced data management and analytics. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Datasphere, with a strong background in the Healthcare and Lifesciences industry. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Integration: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of SAP BW and Datasphere solutions. Ensure seamless integration of data across various SAP modules and external data sources. Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Utilize SAP Datasphere to centralize and harmonize data from disparate sources, enabling a unified view of supply chain operations. Analytics & Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions to support supply chain operations. Utilize SAP BW and Datasphere tools to generate insights that drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Project Leadership & Management: Lead data-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with IT and supply chain teams to implement data solutions that support business objectives. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by applying best practices in project management and data governance. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members and project contributors. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data systems. Identify and resolve data quality issues and system inefficiencies. Implement best practices for data governance and security. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP BW Datasphere-related matters within the supply chain domain.
