Overview We are looking for an experienced and versatile Mobile Engineer to lead the development of a new, cross‑platform SDK. Your primary focus will be architecting and building the foundation on iOS, which represents the majority of our current user demand. As the product evolves, you will expand the SDK to support Android and Web platforms. You will act as a key technical bridge, fostering alignment between our US and Brazil teams to ensure seamless collaboration. This is a 3x onsite role at our Mountain View office. Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of a scalable iOS SDK using Swift and Objective‑C. Design the SDK architecture with a long‑term view for cross‑platform support (Android and Web). Collaborate with the team to integrate the SDK with React Native environments. Act as a technical liaison between local and remote engineering teams (US and Brazil), ensuring consistent communication and reducing knowledge silos. Transition into Android development (Kotlin/Java) as the project roadmap expands. Write clear, comprehensive documentation for the SDK to ensure ease of adoption for other developers. Work closely with backend engineers to define API requirements and ensure efficient mobile‑to‑server communication. Mentor mid‑level developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and performance. Collaborate with product managers to define SDK capabilities, requirements, and release timelines. Required Qualifications Strong native iOS expertise with extensive experience in Swift and Objective‑C. Proven experience building and shipping SDKs or reusable mobile libraries (familiarity with CocoaPods, Carthage, or Swift Package Manager). Flexibility and willingness to work on Android development (Kotlin/Java). Experience or strong familiarity with React Native for cross‑platform integration. A "Mobile Full‑Stack" mindset with a deep understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile networking. Strong understanding of mobile architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture). Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, distributed environment. Strong English communication skills are essential to bridge the gap between international teams. Nice to Have Skills Knowledge of cross‑platform SDK packaging and distribution.
