Job Description

Job Title: Senior Internal Communications Specialist

• Location: New York, NY 10036
• Duration: 8 - 12 months, possibility of extensions
• Hours: 8:00/8:30 AM to 5:00/5:30 PM (40-hour work week)
• Remote or Onsite: Hybrid (3 times a week)
• Interview process: 2 rounds of interviews

Requirements:

• Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Dynamics, SharePoint & Teams
• Experience: 7 - 10 years ' experience in a corporate or agency environment

Notes

• There are 10 different operational projects - a transformation effort
• This role would be responsible for handling communication for 3 of those projects
• The nature of the work has to do with right-shoring, moving people in certain roles and/or locations, helping move towards an operating model
• Will be working with senior leaders, driving these operational projects
• Ability to be confident and not intimidated by senior people,
• Listening skills (a lot of note taking), poise, excellent written and communication skills
• This is a hands-on role, and doesn't want someone just having only experience in managing; has to have hands-on execution and strategy development experience
