*Responsibilities:*
* *Graphic Design Projects:* Lead and execute a variety of graphic design tasks, including creating visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, digital content, and brand collateral.
* *Content Development:* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for various platforms, including travel articles and marketing copy, ensuring all visuals align with our brand identity.
* *Email Campaign Design:* Design visually appealing and effective email marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all communications.
* *Photography and Video Production Assistance:* Support the photography and video production team by providing creative input and assisting in the creation of visual content that complements our graphic design efforts.
* *Collaboration and Teamwork:* Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies and business goals.
*Requirements:*
* *Strong Portfolio:* Present a portfolio demonstrating a wide range of graphic design skills, showcasing previous work in digital and print media.
* *Communication and Organizational Skills: *Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and project management, along with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.
* *Independent and Team Collaboration:* Ability to work both autonomously and as an integral part of a team, contributing to a collaborative creative process.
* *Detail-Oriented and Deadline-Focused:* Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design work, coupled with a commitment to meet project deadlines.
* *Experience in Graphic Design and Content Creation: *Proven experience in graphic design, with additional skills in content creation, email marketing, and a basic understanding of photography and video production.
* *Website Management Skills: *Experience with website design and management is desirable but not mandatory.
