Job Description

Since 1993, Ragle Incorporated has completed numerous construction projects in the States of Texas, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. Ragle, Inc. concentrates primarily on highway and bridge construction but also performs work in deep excavation, grading, and pipe work. We are pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is seeking a HR/Recruiting Manager who is interested in working for an established company with great advancement opportunities. Our Southern Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent staffing needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy to senior leadership

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both field and office positions

• Develop, implement, and manage ‘top talent’ acquisition strategy

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Develop employee relations, performance evaluations, and retention strategies

• Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Track HR metrics and provide reports on hiring, turnover, and employee engagement

• Coordinate employee training, benefits enrollment, and company events

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years HR and recruiting experience, preferably in construction or heavy civil industry

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS software, and Microsoft Office suite

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
