HDD Repair &Computer Technician

Euclid, Ohio,

Skills Required:

• The tech doesn’t need high-level programming experience, but they do need to be comfortable working hands-on with hardware. Specifically, they’ll assist with:
• Removing and remounting large display panels
• Replacing internal OPS PCBA modules
• Running firmware updates via USB using a straightforward on-screen process
• Following direction from the on-site lead and collaborating with a small team
• Basic AV or IT field experience is preferred.
• This isn’t solo work, they’ll be part of a 4-person on-site team handling roughly 150 OPS swaps and 300 firmware updates throughout the week.
