Job Description

Ceramic Pro is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, managing the team effectively, and driving business growth. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Operational Management:  

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. 
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records. 

Team Leadership:  

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. 

Customer Service:  

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. 
  • Implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience. 

Sales and Marketing:  

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to promote the business. 

Financial Management:  

  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. 
  • Analyze financial reports and data to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability. 

Quality Control:  

  • Ensure all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality. 
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control. 
  • Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. 

Health and Safety:  

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. 
  • Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures. 
  • Conduct regular safety training and drills for staff. 

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, preferably in the automotive or detailing industry. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management software. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
  • Knowledge of Ceramic Pro products and services is a plus. 
  • Quickbooks Experience

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
