LaborMAX Staffing is currently seeking General and Skilled Laborers to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing staffing solutions across various industries including warehouse, construction, demolition, restoration, driving, electrical, plumbing, marine, automotive, janitorial, flagging, customer service, retail, and more.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks as assigned, which may include but are not limited to: lifting and moving materials, cleaning work areas, assisting skilled tradespersons, etc.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain a high level of reliability and responsiveness to calls and texts from our staffing coordinators.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in any of the listed industries is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work environments.
Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
MUST be responsive to calls and texts and reliable to show up and work hard.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of safety protocols in a labor-intensive environment.
