Your attention to detail and logistics expertise will be essential as you utilize our advanced technology to support our growing client base and tackle exciting challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file import and export documentation with precision, including Bills of Lading and shipping instructions.
• Input shipment information into logistics management systems, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance.
• Track and update shipment statuses based on documentation and system data.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of essential customs documents for regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate the distribution of shipping documents to carriers, customs authorities, and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or brokerage firms, whether domestic or global.
• Familiarity with a variety of shipping documents (e.g., BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices).
• Detail-oriented with a solid background in data entry and validation.
• Proficient with modern software technologies and logistics management systems.
• Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS), particularly Cargowise or Magaya.
• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
• Licensed customs broker preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level).
• Experience in client management is a plus.

  • 50 GB required.
• Software Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
