Compile savings reports and financial summaries. Prepare pivoted reports and financial data views for stakeholders. Financial Reconciliation Perform reconciliation tasks across accounts and cost centers. Support validation and clean-up of invoice data (non-stock related). Expense Management Act as first-line approver for expense reports. Ensure correct coding and flow of expenses for proper billing allocation. Ad Hoc Analysis & Support Assist Financial Analysts with ad hoc requests and analysis. Contribute to custom reports and special projects. Process Knowledge Demonstrate understanding of financial principles and workflows. Collaborate across teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5+ years in finance. Education: College graduate. Licenses/Certifications: Not required. Must-Have Skills Strong financial acumen in analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Confident presenter with ability to lead discussions and explain recommendations. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, procurement, and senior management. Business-oriented insight to connect financial metrics with operational impact.
