About the Role:
As part of the Event Sales Staff, you’ll support the planning and execution of engaging events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the smooth operation of events, from setup to breakdown
• Represent client products with confidence and enthusiasm at live events
• Promote product features and benefits through engaging conversations
• Help new customers sign up or make direct purchases on-site
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Help prepare and distribute promotional materials
• Arrange event decor, signage, and product displays to create an inviting atmosphere
• Welcome and assist attendees, providing information and handling inquiries professionally
• Monitor activities throughout the event to maintain compliance with guidelines
• Deliver top-notch customer service, working closely with team members to ensure attendee satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in events or customer service is a bonus but not required
