💼 What You’ll DoAs a Sales & Marketing Associate, you’ll represent meaningful causes and mission-aligned brands at live events, retail campaigns, and community activations. Your goal? Inspire, connect, and engage —turning everyday conversations into real-world impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Represent nonprofit organizations and ethical brands at local events, retail spaces, and community outreach pop-ups
Start conversations with the public to raise awareness, generate leads, and inspire support
Help with donor and customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
Collaborate with your team to meet sales and outreach goals
Track results using basic CRM tools and provide valuable campaign feedback
Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions to sharpen your skills
Are 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus!)
Love working with people and thrive in fast-paced, public-facing roles
Communicate clearly, confidently, and positively
