We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our communication efforts by assisting in the development and execution of various projects that enhance our company's visibility and engagement with the public.

Location: Minneapolis, MN 
Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of written content for various platforms including press releases, newsletters, and blogs.
• Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
• Help coordinate and organize internal and external events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
• Conduct research to support communication strategies and initiatives, gathering insights on industry trends.
• Assist in monitoring media coverage and preparing reports on public relations activities.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative communication strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong research skills and analytical thinking capabilities.
